John came out. He was very friendly and very capable. He used the snake and sent a camera down. He discovered that the line had actually disconnected. For all this he only charged $200. But the HOA took over from there so unfortunately he didn't get the repair job. But I highly recommend these folks. They are friendly, honest, and fair.

I recently bought a modest second home in Sedona. Soon I had problems with a bath tub that would not drain. I contacted this company and they agreed to come to my home the following within a couple of days, (I was back in home in ca. by then) Before I left, I attempted to fix the drain myself with a little snake and some drain cleaners and even acid. I could not get it unclogged. I left a key for the plumber and hoped for the best. I was more than thrilled when I received a call from the Roto-Rooter plumber, that when he arrived, my drain was draining. He told me my fix must have done the trick in the time since he arrived. He did not bill me! I was aware that a house call would be 175.00 to arrive and unclog my drain. I am astonished that there are still honest tradesmen out there. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this company.

Flawless. They were clean, efficient, and very professional. Wonderful hometown family run business experience.
We made a call to John White at Cornville Roto-Rooter late last night. Sandy answered the phone and said she could have someone out first thing in the morning. John came out and snaked our our drains and cleared up the clog. He was very knowledgeable and shared with us that he is a 3rd generation Roto-Rooter plumber. We will use him for all of our plumbing needs here forward. He is the Sedona area Roto-Rooter expert!!!!
